Rates

Low Season:
April 1 to October 31 $200/night (2 nights minimum), or $1,300/per week (one week minimum).
A stay longer than 2 weeks entitles you to a 10% discount.

High Season:
November 1 to March 31 $1800/week – (one week minimum) A stay longer than 2 weeks entitles you to a 10% discount.
For a stay longer than a month, contact us for a special rate.

Holiday Rates*:
$2000 per week (one week minimum) A stay longer than 2 weeks entitles you to a 10% discount.
For a stay longer than a month, contact us for a special rate.

*Christmas, New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving (including 7 days before and 7 days after each of these four holidays.
